Parque de la Torre del Moro

Just 3 minutes walking from the farm we find a viewpoint of 23,000 square meters located on Cabo Cervera, where in the s. XIV stood the old “Torre del Cabo Cervera”, commonly known by the people of Torrevieja as the Torre del Moro.

Its spectacular views stand out from this viewpoint: if you look towards the N-NW, you will be able to see the Island of Tabarca, while if you direct your gaze towards the S-SE you will discover the neighboring province of Murcia, with the Mar Menor and its Isla Grosa. as referents. But what really stands out from this viewpoint is the reconstruction of the old watchtower that existed there: the Torre del Moro. Its main function was to control the coast to avoid possible pirate or Barbary incursions, very frequent in the 14th century.

Also note that the city council grants us special permission to celebrate civil weddings in this unique enclave.
